Public procurement research · fixed-price pilot

Find the bids worth your time. Pass sooner on the rest.

Bid-Fit Sprint turns a crowded field of public notices into a short, source-linked decision pipeline—so your team can focus before proposal work begins.

One-time $149 USD · No subscription · Accepted clients receive a private checkout after scope and intake fit are confirmed

The exact pilot scope

A defined research sprint. Nothing vague.

Every finding is tied to a source, every unknown stays labeled, and every “no” gets a reason your team can use.

Focused intake

Your services, delivery capacity, geography, contract-size range, approved experience, known registrations, and hard exclusions.

Up to five verified matches

Issuer, notice number, official link, location, deadline and timezone, scope summary, known eligibility indicators, fit notes, and priority.

Two deeper Bid-Fit Briefs

Available dates, evaluation factors, mandatory gates, response requirements, visible risks, no-bid triggers, and open client questions.

Exclusion and verification logs

Why up to ten plausible notices were rejected, plus a record of the official sources checked and when they were reviewed.

Human-reviewed decision support

Material facts are checked against cited sources. Missing bidder facts are never filled with assumptions or presented as verified.

One handoff

Choose one 20-minute handoff or one consolidated written follow-up within seven days of delivery.

The decision standard

Useful research can tell you not to bid.

The service succeeds when it gives you a faster, better-supported decision—not when it persuades you to chase every notice.

Output principle Pursue. Hold. Question. Pass. Each with a documented reason.

What a brief makes visible

Evidence before enthusiasm.

A Bid-Fit Brief separates what the official notice says from what your team still needs to prove. That keeps attractive opportunities from hiding expensive disqualifiers.

  • Verified dates, source links, scope, and visible submission rules
  • Mandatory gates, evaluation factors, and response requirements
  • Clearly labeled risks, unknowns, no-bid triggers, and client questions

Why: Official source facts are available, but bidder-specific eligibility, evidence, capacity, and commercial fit still require confirmation.

How it works

From payment to decision pipeline.

The delivery clock starts only when PayPal shows the payment as Completed and the intake is complete enough to screen accurately.

Request availability

Email your business name, website, and a short description of what you sell. This confirms that the pilot’s scope and public-source limits fit your needs before payment.

Confirm scope and intake

Share factual business capabilities, target parameters, evidence, and exclusions. Never send passwords, authentication codes, restricted data, or material you are not authorized to disclose.

Pay privately, then receive the research

Accepted clients receive a private PayPal checkout. Delivery follows within three business days after completed payment and complete intake.

Terms in plain language

Know the boundaries before you pay.

Open each item for the short version of timing, research limits, refund protections, privacy, and client responsibilities.

Before checkout: Surreality LLC confirms the accepted scope, complete-intake standard, delivery trigger, and applicable customer terms in writing. Contact us before purchasing if any boundary is unclear.

When does the three-business-day clock start?

After both conditions are met: PayPal shows the payment as Completed, and the client intake is complete enough to apply the approved filters. Incomplete or conflicting intake pauses the start until clarified.

What is the refund and correction policy?
  • A full pilot refund is available when cancellation is received before research begins.
  • After research begins, the first remedy for a material scope omission or factual citation error is prompt correction or completion at no additional charge.
  • If the complete pilot is not delivered by the agreed date—and the client provided complete intake and did not cause the delay—the client may cancel for a full refund instead of accepting a revised date.
  • If fewer than three opportunities satisfy the agreed hard filters after one mutually approved filter adjustment, the client may choose a full service-fee refund or accept the smaller shortlist.
  • A decision not to bid, later disqualification, non-selection, no sales under an awarded cooperative contract, or failure to win is not by itself grounds for a refund because no outcome is promised.

For a billing, delivery, or quality concern, email drutherford@surrealityai.com so it can be investigated promptly. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law or PayPal policy.

Does a match mean my business is eligible or likely to win?

No. A match is a preliminary research screen, not an eligibility, compliance, responsibility, competitiveness, or profitability opinion. The official solicitation and issuer communications control. Your team must recheck the live official record and approve every representation before acting.

What information should I never send?

Do not send passwords, passkeys, security answers, recovery or authentication codes, account credentials, full bank or card numbers, classified information, CUI, export-controlled data, nonpublic procurement information, source-selection material, competitor proposals, trade secrets, or third-party information you are not authorized to disclose.

Can Bid-Fit Sprint contact an agency or submit for me?

No. The standard pilot does not contact agencies, contracting officers, primes, suppliers, references, or prospects on your behalf. It does not access portals, sign forms, register an account, quote a binding price, or submit a response.

How is my information used?

The standard pilot uses the business information you voluntarily provide to assess fit, perform the requested public-source research, communicate about the order, deliver the work, provide support, and maintain necessary business, accounting, dispute, and compliance records. Surreality LLC does not sell your information or request account credentials, classified information, CUI, export-controlled data, or nonpublic procurement information. You may request correction or deletion at drutherford@surrealityai.com, subject to records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.

Is this a recurring subscription?

No. The $149 pilot is a one-time purchase. Any later monitoring or additional work requires a separate written scope and approval.

Have a scope or payment question?
